FSSAI Registration in Pune: Steps to Follow

Step 1

The applicant will have to fill out the FSSAI food license registration form A available on the FSSAI website. The applicants will have to make the payment for the FSSAI application at the nearby FBO.

Step 2

Once the payment confirmation shows in your FSSAI account, you will have to opt for Form B with the government. There are different declarations as well as resolutions that should be filed with your application. For example – board resolution, owner self-declaration, etc. These declarations ideally should be prepared by the secretary of a company.

Step 3

Then you will need to opt for the government department to get an update on your application. If you do not respond within 15 days of the application, the government is likely to send back your application for edits. Then your application will be rejected.

Step 4

The government department is likely to take 45-60 working days to thoroughly review your application and then approve it.
