Is Water Testing Report Mandatory for FSSAI Registration?
As per the notification dated 16 March 2021 the FSSAI department decided that the water testing report from government authorized laboratories ( NABL Certified Labs ) is admissible for the FSSAI registration. If the premises are not in the applicant’s name then he or she needs to provide the proper signed NOC letter from the owner of the property. You can attach the noc in the document section while applying it online.

Definitely, if the property is not in your name then you need to get the NOC for FSSAI from the original property owner.
